Use of the card and/or participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all program terms and conditions:

• Program is valid only at participating locations and void where prohibited by law.
• Program may be changed or canceled at any time without notice.
• Rewards or offers may be provided to you from time to time in connection with the Program. All rewards or offers will be subject to these Program Rules and may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to each reward or offer. Rewards may not be available during certain time periods and may be substituted.
• The card, and any accrued points or redeemable rewards in your account, will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission. Registered cards may be replaced at our discretion.
• To earn points or redeem rewards, a purchase must be made by a valid cardholder and the card must be present or a registered phone number must be provided at the time of the purchase. No points will be issued retroactively.
• Employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
• The card, points and rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Rewards must be redeemed for specified items and may expire at any time.
• There are no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning the program.
• Registration may be required for the redemption of rewards.
• A cardholder's activity may be monitored relating to participation in the program. Suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination of membership without compensation for available points or rewards. Legal action may be taken against cardholders that have engaged in any fraudulent activity.
